ANNUAL HEALTH CHECK
- For the ANNUAL HEALTH CHECK come for a blood test fasting with or without appointment, any day up to one hour before closing time. We will immediately give you the second appointment to discuss the results.
- We take time to explain anything that is relevant for your health.
- Annual health checks at our practice give me, as your family physician an opportunity to reconnect with you and keep up to date with your overall health, lifestyle, and any emerging concerns.
- Even if you have no health concerns, the annual health check can help identify health risks at an early stage.
