Specialist in general and family medicine In the course of my career I worked as a GP and a Public Health expert in four different countries. Being an expat/migrant myself, and providing health care for expats for over two decades has shaped the way I think and work. I understand the importance of flexibility, intercultural competence and awareness of the differences in expectations on both sides: those of the expat/migrant patient and those of the local health care provider.
